I already have contacted them 4 hours ago but still didn’t get any update, my website got stuck, facing downtime

Please keep patience they will reply as quickly they can. for a high volume of queues of open ticket reply can be delay 3-5 days.

This is crazy!!! You buy the theme, account locked. That’s it. Never seen anything like this anywhere.

I understand you “take security seriously” but then put resources in place to deal with the fallout of your low threshold of “security”
