Theme Authors Not Responding To Support Tickets

Hi,

I’ve purchased Classiera Ads Wordpress Theme and needed support. I’ve paid for additional features to be added as well. I need another feature added to the site which I have requested via a support ticket. The theme developers said that this feature would be completed in 2 days, and I’ve given them the go ahead on 28 July 2020. This feature is still not completed and they are not responding to my support tickets.

This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. I have paid for 6 month theme support which I’m not receiving.

Theme support doesn’t include customization.

I am aware of that. Besides the paid features that we want to add on, they have not answered other support tickets that we have opened with them.

You can try to get in touch with them using other channels like comments section
