I received this in my Wordpress TheGem Import.

This version of TheGem Import plugin is obsolete and can be removed.
Please install the new version of TheGem Demo Import plugin.

What does this mean? Also it does not want to install new version.

My support has expired and I also do not have the budget to extend my support currently.

After installing theGem theme it still does not show up on the left panel on my wordpress admin so I cannot demo import at all.

The Gem import also does not have options.

Please assist

Hi, please update TheGem and all its plugins to the latest version.
If you now have 3.4 or older version, please refer to https://codexthemes.ticksy.com/article/8025/
If you have 3.5 and newer version, please refer to https://codexthemes.ticksy.com/article/14369/

Hi, you use TheGem on two different websites with the same license. This is a license violation, you need to purchase one additional license. For more details please contact us via our contact form at https://themeforest.net/user/codexthemes

I would like to deactivate the license in order to activate it on an actual domain I want to set to be live.
Can you please tell me how to deactivate th license from the dummy site?

Hi @InnaTK

if you need to unregister/deactivate then you can do it from your dummy website wp-admin. In your pruchased theme options should have options for both register and unregister theme license.

If you don’t have access of dummy website wp-admin where the theme registered/activated then you have to contact theme author and request them to unregister/deactivate the theme license from the old domian/website.

contact theme Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased theme Author, theme author will be happy to assist you.
