I am not able to update the theme The Gem

Hi, I purchased The Gem one year ago. And I am not able to update theme or the Elementor plugin. Why?

I dont want any support package I just want the theme to be up to date.

If you look in your downloads on themeforest then you can download the latest copy and should be able to instal that?

Thanks for your reply. I have a website up and running with The Gem theme. And now I want to update the theme to the latest version to be able to update plugins such as Elementor.

But I cant update. I have to activate my theme it says. But I activated the theme when I first bought it.
