The Wordpress Plugin I downloaded on Envato Element asked for my Code Canyon License to activate

I just downloaded a plugin for Wordpress through Envato Elements. I understand that I won’t have an activation code through Envato element, but what if I need support for that plugin? They won’t help me without a code.

Due to the subscription format and reduced pricing, products on Elements are sold as is and therefore don’t come with Author support. If you like, you can certainly purchase the Item license from Envato Market which will come with 6 months of Author support.
