Using envato elements but can't activate plugin on wordpress.

Hi there, I have downloaded a plugin on envato elements, we have a subscription and the licence information doesn’t work on the activation screen in wordpress. It is asking for a Code Canyon licence which I dont have. Could someone help?

Hi @cmimusicaudio,

Elements does not need purchase codes. You can just ignore any message to enter a code. If the item will not work without a code, please let our support team know and they will contact the author -

The product doesn’t appear to be working. It is a contact form plugin but when the form is filled out no emails get sent. I have checked our email server logs and nothing is getting blocked.
