Support won't reply to my ticket or emails. I'm an Enterprise customer...

I need to change the owner of our team account. I filled out a support ticket and emailed 2 support/sales staff. No reply from any of them.

It’s unbelievable. We’re about to go back to Adobe. The minor costs savings aren’t worth it if we can’t even get support.

Can anyone at all help me?

Assuming it’s Elements, you need to create ticket. There’s no “official support” here:

It is Elements and I did create a ticket. No reply after a week. Not even an automated reply.

The automated message comes right after the ticket, if you haven’t received it, make sure you entered the correct email
