I signed up a week ago and submitted a question to support - which seems to be non existent!
How can I be expected to pay a membership fee to a company with zero customer support when it is required?

Yes I did do that. I got an auto-response then about 4 days later another (probable auto-response) email saying please wait but really, this is atrocious service. Do no humans actually work for this company? Thanks for your reply though.
currently support team experiencing a high volume of enquiries and response time could be some more delay. but they will reply your ticket as quickly they can. please wait for their reply.
