No Support Response

I have requested some support and information about 2 days back but haven’t received any response yet. Obviously this is causing me great inconvinience as i am wasting valuable time. I would really appreciate some quick response to get moving.


Assuming that it is something that envato support would handle I.e. not item related which would go to the author, then unfortunately there is a known backlog at the moment and tickets are taking longer to reply to than usual.
