Support function for the Nielsen theme (author sara_b), from Themeforest, is not accepting my username/ email or password, even though they are all verified in my account settings. Contacted Envato 4 days ago via the site (and received email confirmation that will assign my issue to a support person) but they have not responded at all. Anyone else having problems? Any alternative means of reaching Envato or support for my theme? I haven’t found an email address I can reach them on. Any help greatly appreciated.
You can simply ask a comment on theme’s comments section or use the contact from from their profile (https://themeforest.net/user/sara_p#contact).
I’m sure they will quick reply to your email as they are Power Elite Author.
