I’m having trouble connecting with ThemeForest support, and I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
I purchased a theme and have encountered several issues, particularly with the purchase code randomly disconnecting. When I tried to reconnect it, I received an error saying the theme is already registered on another site, which I didn’t do.
I recently extended my support through ThemeForest, but the theme developer won’t let me submit a support ticket through their platform. It seems like ThemeForest and the developer aren’t communicating properly, and I’m not sure how to resolve this.
Any advice on how to get these two systems to recognize my extended support would be greatly appreciated!
