This is something we authors (including @ki-themes, @FWDesign, @vanquish, @QuanticaLabs, @RivaxStudio, @LCweb and many others) have been discussing in this forum for months. Envato is flooding the marketplace with an “Unlimited Downloads” banner, claiming that you can download everything for a single payment. However, you won’t get many premium themes or code on Envato Market with Elements, and this banner is misleading and could harm Envato’s reputation. The actions they are taking for their Elements project are also causing issues for us.

I know and this is an intentional marketing strategy done by Envato… since they are the final boss all we can do is suffer and see how years/decades of work are used to squeeze as much as possible from the marketplace in an unfair way.
Why are you doing this can someone explain this it is driving me crazy, I just don’t get it!
