Purchased Envato subscription for about 200 and it still wants to charge me for downloads

Hi Guys,
I purchased the Envato thing for ‘unlimited downloads’ and when I have tried to download a theme it still wants to charge me the $59. I can’t even find where support is to call anyone or email or chat to work out why…

Feeling ripped off.

Can any one help me on this, or direct me where I can speak to a human being at Envato marketplace.
