The other day I paid a subscription of approximately 200€ which was supposed to be able to download some things unlimitedly and I can’t find the way. Can someone from envato help me? I am sending emails to the support but they do not answer me. Thank you

Subscription is for unlimited downloads from www.elements.envato.com

Itis not for themeforest, grpahicriveror the othe rmain marketplaces.

Certain restrictions apply including:

  1. You must be subscribed when completing any project using items from elements i.e. you cannot stockpile for when unsubscribed

  2. You do not get support or updates like you do with purchases from the mian marketplaces
