I bought Envato Elements (unlimited downloads) but Envato charges me when I try to download the template I want.
If I have paid for unlimited WordPress downloads, why do I have to pay for a template Download?
Yes, I have checked my subscription and see nothing wrong. It is my subscription.
What else could be wrong?
Envato Elements is separate than Envato Market (as like themeforest, codecanyon ) and not all the themes on themeforest are available on Elements, nor do they come with the same level of support or updates.
