Some tracks sent to elements do not appear in the portfolio or appear with a very long delay. At the moment, one of my tracks with the “I give permission for this item to be listed on Envato Elements” checkbox has not appeared in my elements portfolio for 4 days.
But the worst thing is that some of my tracks appeared on my elements page with a delay, but they do not appear in search. They are not in the “new” section or in any other section, clients do not see it.
One of the tracks with the title and tag “Epic” was uploaded on February 14 (week ago), but it still does not appear in the search. And I think it won’t appear anymore, because some tracks appear as usual. There is some kind of bug. I’ve been watching this request for a few days and very few tracks have been added, although it is one of the most popular tags on audiojungle and elements.
Also in the local musician community, other elements authors have encountered the same problem.
I hope the envato team will resolve this issue, because at the moment it makes no sense to upload new works to the element, since some tracks are simply lost and clients do not see them.
But some tracks do not appear in search results. They are on my page in elements, but they are not in the search engine. This problem appeared recently. And I downloaded several previews and they are still with vocals, including my new tracks, which loaded onto elements without problems. But some previously uploaded tracks did not appear
I’ll put it another way. I uploaded a track called “Epic”, also with the “Epic” tag, a week ago. It appeared in my Elements profile with a delay of several days (I contacted support, I don’t know if this affected it), but it still hasn’t appeared in the search engine. If you enter the word “epic” in the search, sort by new, it’s not there. The same situation with some other tracks. But at the same time, other tracks, uploaded even later, appeared both in the profile and in the search (they can be found in the search by tag or title). This situation is clearly not normal and is random.
I also uploaded 2 tracks to elements at the same time, one called “This Cyberpunk” and the other “This Country”. The first one quickly appeared on elements and can be found by its name. The second one didn’t even appear in the portfolio. I don’t understand the logic behind this. And I don’t understand what the preview has to do with it. It looks like a bug, everything worked fine before.
13 days have passed, these tracks still have not appeared in the search engine, clients do not see them and do not download them.
And this is against the backdrop of a more than 2x drop in income. After the introduction of a new search, the search results are occupied by several people who uploaded their portfolios that week. They occupied the relevant and popular categories (which appeared later and mostly moved from relevant).
My tracks, which were previously well downloaded by clients, were lost in the new search (because the download metrics were reset), and some new ones that I uploaded simply do not appear in the search engine.
