September payment thread, for authors in the new payment system

I have already used https://help.author.envato.com/ to submit the ticket. That was 4 days ago… But I can see that there are currently quite a lot of requests, so it seems that I’ll have to wait a little longer.

For those having issues still with proof of residence etc. it is the payment provider and the payment method that is usually waiting on compliance checks. Unfortunately this can take some time as banks don’t always move so quickly. If you have a Support Ticket already open, please be patient with a reply. The Support team has been working diligently but the volume of tickets has put them a bit behind.

I would like to clarify one point. A week ago, I received an email from Envato Elements stating that my payment is being withheld because I need to confirm my address once again, for the second time. I have resubmitted the required documents, and my payment account is active again. However, Envato has not yet sent me a notification that my payment has been sent to my bank account. Since I haven’t received this notification from Envato, does that mean there’s no point in waiting for the funds to be deposited into my bank account? Is the payment delay still on Envato’s side? :thinking:

Heya. I was looking at your ticket and they’re just waiting for a response from the payment provider. Sadly they seem to be taking their sweet time. I’ve also asked about seeing if something can be done with people who have submitted their info and it has been accepted but they’ve been asked to submit again the next month. That’s really annoying.

I’m not sure if they’ll be able to do another special payment run but Support will know when things get sorted.

But I am not even in the new payment system. For me it should start in October. Payout method is SWIFT, just like all other months before where the payment was received on time. So for me it is not “the payment provider and the payment method that is usually waiting on compliance checks”. What do you suggest?

Yes you won’t be on the new payment system until next month. I would recommend waiting for a reply from the ticket you have open. They’ll be able to investigate deeper than I can.

Unfortunately, the support was not able to investigate it deeper. The response was just “I have the payment marked as completed for September. Here are some more details on this”. But: I did not receive any money in September. And the information provided in the response does not help. It is only about some internal IDs. There is no SWIFT reference number so that I could check it via my bank. It is currently very annoying for me that I am left unable to investigate the matter.
