Envato Give my Payment By Bank Transfer But I did not Get this payment Yet
But Envato mail me in 15 of the November for Giving by bank trasnfer.
But i did not get this.
Now What can do?

Envato gave my last October payment (Received By15 Nov 2023 ) by wire bank transfer.
But I haven’t got this payment yet.
I contacted my bank several times. They told me payment didn’t come into
my account. and told me to contact you.
What Can I do now? I am from Bangladesh.

They sent an email, there was a warning on the “marketplace”, there were forum posts.
