Sale reversal after 4 months, please, do something, like reversal time limitation. So someone using your files for 4 months and after that make reversal, it’s not fair. Please, do some time limitation for reversals for 1-2 weeks.

Sale Reversals are not up to Envato, so there is nothing they can do to set up time limitation. Sale reversals are initiated by the payment provider (Paypal or banks) and Envato can’t do anything about it.
What The Fog said. The current limitation is 180 days for the initiation of a reversal.
The reversal system is utterly bullshit!!! Someone can purchase one of my item and after reversal he/she can use my item without watermark. How can I find it? It is certainly impossible.
That’s why it’s considered as fraudulent activity and results in the locking of the fraudster’s account. Not much else that can be done.
