I got sale reversal today for an item sold on 15th Oct, 2021. After 4 month of sale, reversal look suspicious. There should be some time period or rules. This is really disappointing.

Mind to ask which country was it from? As I believe, sale reversal by the bank may be possible within 180 days in most of the countries in EU as well as few others.

It was a chargeback. The user will be blocked. ( Probably already )
However, the legal minimum time limit for filing a chargeback in the United States is 60 days , and most banks give cardholders 120 days to dispute a charge.
