I’m having issues with this Theme and author won’t respond or provide any type of support, I feel like I’ve be ripped off on a theme that does not work by far this is the most discouraging service I’ve ever received.

If you won’t get any support in a timely manner and there are issues with the theme that you are unable to solve on your own, you can request a refund:

I get that my point is why sell themes that don’t work or that’s almost a scam @KingKongthemes
There’s more than 40,000 items on ThemeForest currently, but I can assure you that Envato staff is successfully removing any items that don’t comply with general rules or are being abandoned. Once they get enough proof that this theme can’t be up for sale any more, they will remove it the very same moment
