I can't get help from the author of my purchased WordPress theme

I would like to get my money back on a WordPress theme. ThemeForest promised the author would help me set the theme up to emulate the demo. As far as I can tell is the author of the theme and seems to be the the only support person. There has been zero response from the team. I’ve used the support form, the contact me form, and send a direct email to . Maybe my expectation for support is a little high, but has not responded at all.

Have you read the documentation? This is almost certainly covered there.
