I have purchased a theme from envato themeforest, The theme is not the same as described, in fact it is not even properly customizable. When I asked author for a refund, he just sent me link of envato policy and said envato doesn’t offer refund.
When I read the policy I found that actually in such case I am eligible for a refund. How may I get refund now when the author is not cooperating?
