Design Themes Refuses for refund. What to do ?

Hi there, I bought a Theme from Theme Forest and that theme had so many issues right from the content of the site to the performance and set up. I Contacted the author of the site many times but the help was very minimal to sort the issues.

After spending a week in the setting up of the site I got fed up and I moved on to a different site and asked Design Themes who was the author of the site for a refund. Design Themes refuses for the refund.

Can the Evanto intervene in this and give my money back?

Hey there. You can send a direct message to Envato Support. If an item is broken you can always report it to Envato and receive a refund. Just send a message to Envato Help and Support and they’ll help you out! Cheers! :slight_smile:
