Author not responding to refund request

I bought what looked like an awesome theme for a customer. Installed it and started picking up lots of problems right away. The author initially seemed to be very keen to help and get things sorted, but has not done anything about fixing the very serious problems with his theme.

I have requested a refund (which he also ignored) and now 5 days have elapsed but I don’t see any link in the tracking to raise the dispute with Envato. What’s going on here?
