Author has abandoned “Elano Theme” product. Existing theme is riddled with issues. Author does not respond to support requests. I purchased extended support but continue to receive no response from author. Have opened mutiple tickets on author’s support site. When I try to get a refund from Envato, it says “your message has been sent to author.” --BUT the author is MIA! Anyone know how I can handle this? Has anyone seen or heard from UX-Code lately?
It does appear that the author has been inactive for quite some time now.
You do need to first open a refund with the author at https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
If the author doesn’t respond within 5 days of opening the request, you can raise a dispute. I’ve heard some people say there’s a dispute button right on the refund page, and others say there’s no dispute button at all.
If you can’t find the dispute button, you can open a ticket at the Envato Help & Support Center with the refund request ID and let them know the author isn’t responding.
