I purchased a theme that doesn’t work. Requested support - no response from author. Requested refund. No response. Supposedly there is a dispute button - but not that I can see!
How do I contact Envato to get my money back?!
Hi, you can follow this link ask to refund to author. In case author refund rejected there is a dispute button then you can explain the genuine issue. Then Envato team after the review release the refund.

Hi,
if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days.
