Raising a dispute with Envato.

Hello,

I’ve bought a theme and asked for a refund. According to the author I have to raise a dispute with Envato, only I can’t find a way to raise this dispute. Can somebody help me? I already looked through the support and on the page where I communicate with the author there is nothing to be found.
