I bought this theme and the author is refusing to answer a simple question on the support tickets. I asked for a refund with a proof screenshot but still havent got any answers from Envato. What should i do? I want my money BACK! here is the proof:

Author wasted 7 days of my time by refusing to answer a simple question. Please tell me how can i get my money back. There is no contact us option on themeforest site. How can i contact themeforest staff?

Author is insulting me on the comment section of the theme and in Emails and threatening to shut down my account by reporting to themeforest even though i just asked for an answer. He wasted 7 days of my work time by not answering a simple question, he ruined my entire week. I’m really really mad i just want my money back. Author is insutling me on refund ticket too. I cant wait another 7 days for your ticket system to give me my money back. This has been the worst online shopping experience i’ve ever had in the past 17 years. There is no section to contact envato staffs directly. How is this even possible? You dont have a simple contact us form anywhere. There is only a refund request form on the link you sent that i already filled 3 days ago. How can a site as big as themeforest have NO contact forms? HOW?
