I purchased a theme namely TravelWP from themeforest. When I tried to install and use it, I got struck in importing demos. I went to take the help from support facility. But how to get support, it is not that I have expected. I thought, I would be provided with authors email or something else. I didn’t know how to get help in support. Now I don’t want any support. It is my mistake to purchase item from themeforest. I want to cancel this theme’s license and get full refund. Please help!
