I want a refund of my june multipurpose theme license

I want a refund of my license, I am not satisfied with the results of this theme and I was expecting that I could modified it using the wpbakery or codeless tool. I wasn’t expecting to change the code to modify the style of the page. Overall the page is too slow to navigate between links and trying to modify it.

I already contacted with the theme author and they said that I have to contact themeforest in order to ask for a refund.
