I bought a theme that’s much more than I can chew. I’m going to use a different theme that I also bought here, so I’d like to get a refund.

Ive submitted a ticket, no answer. Am I doing it right?

This doesn’t sound like guaranteed grounds for refund as typically the theme needs to be broken in some way, but you need to request a refund and see.

Thank you Charlie! I hope so, I have bought quite a few themes from you guys and I always come back. It doesn’t make much sense paying for a license you’re not going to use.
