I am very disappointed with both the theme I purchased here, and ThemeForest in general.

The theme I purchased, claims to be responsive. But it looks like garbage on my PC. Certain screen elements DO NOT change dimensions to balance and look correct visually. The end result is that text which is part of the theme, is not centered on-screen and looks bad. There are many problems here.

Next, when I write the author and ask for a refund, he doesn’t respond at all. His help file is so bad that I have to figure out things myself that he DOES NOT COVER IN HIS DOCUMENTATION.

Finally, I could not find any mechanism in the Envato web site for either customer appeal, customer intervention or customer service. Envato only wants to sell. When things go bad, they’re not to be found.
