Hi all. Our Author Earnings team is investigating this at the moment - I’ll post an update as soon as we have a timeline for getting the earnings dashboard up to date.
Apologies for not seeing this thread earlier - I was out on Friday, and haven’t been online over the weekend.

same here, many of my items were soft rejected lately. the issue they suing is new. all of my older approved items not having any issue with the issue they submitted, but now, I encounter a new issue for soft reject. what is going on with elements review

I can’t see my elements earning for last 5 dayes why?? Its constant no changing there…
After they fixed the update dashboard for code/web authors, everyone else’s dashboard broke. (it stopped updating after the 23rd)

This issue is not related to the Market Code/Web issue, as it affects Elements earnings instead. With the 33-day Elements Earnings delay, the dashboards updated successfully until last Wednesday.
Our Author Earnings team has now identified and fixed the problem, and they’re re-running the backlog of earnings calculations now (covering Aug 24-28).
With five days of data to process, we’re expecting this job to finish early tomorrow morning, around 10 hours from now. Once that is done, our Data team is aiming to send the missing days of Elements Earnings data through to the dashboards in tomorrow morning’s daily update. I’ll post an update on this tomorrow morning, once we’ve checked on the jobs that will finish processing overnight.

My earnings are not apparent on the Envato Author Dashboard. Elements earning report still showing Aug 23, 2024(Elements Author Dashboard not updated)
