EARNINGS REPORT UPDATE STOPPED AT FEBRUARY 9 / 2022

Today I checked and there was no update for february 10th and february11th.

Same thing in “Insights Reports” in our dashboard.

so actually the $$$ is not updated for two days now. @BenLeong - if You can check this would be great.

(and this month earnings are WAY lower than previous - which is sad and not normal)

Same conditions to me. No update after 9th February.

Hi all. Our Author Payments team has confirmed that there is a backlog of calculations currently running, and that these should be finished around 7pm tonight (i.e. in the next 3-4 hours) - you should see the daily Elements Earnings data updating on your dashboard soon.

Same here, around 30% drop.

In general sales all time low. I just surpased 50minimum. Got now 50.6$ in sales with comparison to 250 last month or 400+last year… very disapointed. At the very start here with only few video clips ive earned more than now with 650+items.

I just came in to post about this :slight_smile:

Today’s dashboard update (Elements item earnings for Feb 25) has been slightly delayed, as that batch of calculations are still processing - you should see that day’s earnings data in the next few hours.

Thanks. Can you explain sime sudden drops and spikes in earnings stats? Some day shows doubled earnings, than 2 times drop? Is it normal?

As I can see, there is a huge drop each time Element Earning updates something :(.
