My income is very low for almost 1.5 months. When will this be fixed? Is there an admin here to admit it’s a bug? I’ve lost half my earnings!!!

I’d like to mention that my December earnings are correct now. They were possibly affected by the bug, but now the page seems to be working correctly and the numbers I see matches what I saw before the page went down

Yes. most of us are having this big drop.
And they are not transparent with the number of licenses for each item per month. I already asked why not show this number soooo many times. I am pretty sure that they read it at least twice. The number is used to measure/calculate, but hidden on purpose. Why?

Since the removal of the content bonus I see a drop of earnings of -35% for every single month compared to previous year. This is not sustainable to survive as an author.

Does everyone got the email about money sent? I got it at Feb 7th and still have no income on my Payoneer account. This is strange situation cuz they never sent money so early and it never took longer than 2-3 days. What happens?
