Requested Refund - But No Link In My Profile To Follow Up

I requested a refund for a particular theme about a week ago, and there is no links or anything for me to follow up with that author, since you guys kick it out to the authors for approval.

I think Envato needs to keep the exchange on their site, and a tracking for it, so that “your clients” who purchase through your venue can feel like they’re reaching these authors through a trusted platform.

It should be Envato that is protecting both the client and the author.

Please help me find a way to track this refund.
