The second track is nice, but a bit too dry. I would add some more reverb. Also, the way the last note fades out doesn’t sound too convincing. Make it a bit shorter.

Honestly I think the first track is really well done, so I can’t answer your question sorry 
Maybe it’s the mastering and some frequencies are too harsch?

The high frequencies of the bells, they’re a bit shrill and overly present. Could solve this with a dynamic EQ which traces and suppresses the resonant frequencies, or just mix the bells some decibels lower.
