Why am I finding it so difficult getting a refund for 2 scripts purchased and not working.I have followed the stated procedure but not getting any response.

If you are eligable to get a refund then you can request for refund. Can I Get A Refund is an explantion of the refund policy, requirements, process and a button linking to the refund request form.

If you already request for refund then please wait your purchased item author will reply on your refund request.

Hello,It is now 24th.november and I requested refund on 6th.Surely it should not take this long,not even had the courtesy of a reply .Now becoming annoyed .Please help.Thanks.

if you have requested refund on 6th november then surely your purchased item author have accepted or decline your requested and it should not take more than 7 days. If you didn’t get any reply from author then you can open Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
