I purchased a Script FundMe from the Author/Seller (removed). I didn’t see the comments before purchasing. After purchasing I found the script is broken and tons of things don’t work anymore. I opened the comment section to contact the Author but found that all the other buyers were already complaining about it and some were saying that they haven’t received any reply from the author for months and the author has gone ghost. So I raised a refund request and I haven’t received any response so far and it’s more than 5 days already. Please help me get a refund so that I can purchase another script from a different author and continue with my project.

You can ask refund. If you raise dispute, you can contact envato but sometimes will take to one week to respond, depending of support tickets amount.

Did you check give plugin for charity? Is the best plugin and free version is enought for a site.

Hi @nitinagarwl would like to know you just request refund or after decline the refund request by the author you raise a dispute with envato?

I raised a refund request with the Author and the author has not responded yet. Its been 7 days now.

Hi

if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days.
