Refund Request status not Updated

i purchased the product “DOCBANAO” On 25 July 2022 and i try to install the script on my server but it’s not working so I requested a support through email and the issue has been
Resolved after 3 days by the author, and then I requested another support tickets through email on 27th July ( i raised 5 tickets ). But till now no support is provided, so I am stuck with using the script, so i raised a refund request on July 30 but till Now ( after 12 Days ) there is no refund is initiated

Hi @itsmejomijohn,

if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days from the refund requested date.
