I have requested refund however no one interest. Just send an e-mail plase send email to us. I already sent e-mail so many times. Specially I sent by reported control however Envato Help Team not reported they received e-mail or not. Please solve my problem urgently. Not its the first time buying something from envato. And also chech your author products services. I shared the screen shots of the selling items. You ll see what they promise before sale and after help desk chat. They were so rude. I hope refund me. I ll buy from another author. Thanks.

You can discuss with the item author about the issues in refund request comments reply in refund request details page.
if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days.
