Author is not responding , 17 days ago purchased script and it's not working

Hello , I purchased a script 17 days ago… It was not working . I added support request on day of purchase … I haven’t recieved any reply from author even after 17 days… Also added refund request from last 8 days no reply on that as well … What should I do to get script working or get refund? There is nothing mentioned in documentation about that error. Thanks

Hi,

if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days from the refund requested date.
