I made a purchase of which I am not satisfied
The script does not work, the author does not provide support, does not answer the comments, nor did I have a response to the contact through the form of his profile.

I am Request a return and no answer from the author, what should I do?

If you already requested a refund, then you should wait for an answer from the author. Otherwise if you don’t get any reply in 5-7 days you should contact Envato help team and ask to refund your purchase
