My refund has been approved but not showing as i want to purchase a different theme from the same creator. I need it to be done asap as i need to go ahead

if your refund approved by the item author then your refund process will be processed within 5-7 business days or earlier. envato support refund process team will process the refund as quickly they can. Thanks

its been a week and i have not heard a word from envato about my refund how do i contact them. i cant find a contact form anywhere for a support ticket

Envato promised to refund after the Author approval, its past 9 days now that envato promised to refund in 3-5 working days but am yet to get the refund. I want to know why?
