refund request

Good morning, can anyone help me? I bought a theme and it didn’t work for me, I requested a refund from the developer but it’s been over 24 hours and he hasn’t responded, how do I proceed with the refund request?

Author should respond within 5 days as explained here. That article also explains what happens further if your refund request is approved or declined.
