i dont know why envato refund take this much time my refund grant by developer around 1 week ago and now I don’t get any money anything why that’s also now know I mail to enato ticket id get but after that nothing I get

already i did author approved showing on my statement but it was never credit to my account

have you received any email from envato? If your refund request approved by the item author envato will let you know through email and your refund should credited to your account within 3-5 working days. Have you checked your envato account credit balance? If not received the refund money you can check the refund request status here:
