I purchased the Bizwalls theme in starting of December 2022 and got many problems with the theme from the installing to onward. It was not according to the details they mentioned that easy to customize and responsive etc. I tried to contact their support but they misguided me and the issues were still there. I had to add too many CSS and Js codes etc in the theme.
The below link is the support chat https://www.themelooks.com/support/forums/topic/unable-to-import-theme-demo/
Then I requested a refund on nearly 16 December. I asked them they said I have to request on ThemeForest. I add a refund request. But No response from the ThemeForest team and Bizwalls theme support team. Now it is also not showing up in my refund request options
I want a refund for this theme. I bought this theme with high expectations but this is not according to the details they mentioned.
if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days from the refund requested date.
I told you in a previous message Bizwalls is not showing up in the refund option.
Even though the refund request is also removed it is not in the open request nor the close request.
I need a refund. It’s been 1 month I’m waiting for this.
I contacted their support also and they are not taking responsibility.
"Hello,
Please contact Envato Market Support and ask them if your request is acceptable based on Envato Market Refund Policy Refund Policy for Customers | ThemeForest to provide a refund.
I don’t think the links above will work for a buyer – those are author links.
@BShahid, did you already open a refund request? If so, that would explain why it’s not appearing in the dropdown. You should have received a confirmation email when the refund request was submitted, with a link to track the status. You must use that link to check on it.
If the author has approved the refund request, then a refund is on its way. You can check your statement for any activity relating to the refund (note: that link will only work for you).
If you see a “Manual Adjustment” with a negative amount, then the amount has been successfully sent back to your original payment method, but it may take several days for your bank to process this before it shows in your available balance.
If you don’t see anything, then support is still working on it. This shouldn’t take very long.
Aside from explaining all of that, there’s not much else we can do for you here on the community forums. If you need any further help, please contact Envato using the form here:
And just to add for your specific case – it is possible for an author to ignore a refund request and leave it open indefinitely. In such an event, you will need to click the tracking link I mentioned above and open a dispute. It will look something like this:
If you can’t find a link to track the refund status, then definitely reach out to support and they will get you squared away. Unfortunately, it may take a few days for them to get back to you. Once again the link to open a support ticket is: https://enva.to/Help
