why the refund request has not been processed even though I got an email from (do-not-reply@market.envato.com) during (28 January 2020) 3 to 5 days processing time why now it has not been processed at all until now 6

If item Author approved refund request and received the refund approval email from Envato then the refund money should to credit into your account within 5 business days. for weekend and holidays can cause some delay. Please keep patience hope you will get refund money soon.
