Hi can i please have a full refund back to irginal payment method. I didnt realise you had to use wordpress to use it but once i get a refund i will buy a template / script i can use!

You should contact the author as @charlie4282 has advised you to. Also read the product descriptions as these do (or should) make it quite clear what type of script, or HTML, or Wordpress version you are buying! Refund requests are only dealt with by Envato, or by contacting the author to discuss with them what happened.
